DSC01091This is a recipe that my 10 year old found and altered. She is becoming a really good baker and makes the best chocolate chip cookies! They're not too sweet and have a great texture. Each cookie has a nice balance of chocolate and cookie. So good, enjoy!

New England Apple Crumble

This is an easy recipe that I always serve when I have people over with food allergies. There are no nuts or eggs. I have used flour substitutions when needed. In addition, this dessert looks fantastic in my vintage footed dessert bowls!





I was always intimidated by making my own buttercream frosting. This was the first recipe I tried and it has me hooked! Homemade frosting is so much better than canned. It's incredibly easy and delicious! This frosting is quite stable and can be at room temperature for a couple of days.
